All who plan to participate must register for “Sports Conditioning” through “Final Forms” (our sports registration system). Students participating will also need to ensure that their valid physical exam is on file with the school (Final Forms will tell you whether your physical on file is valid). There is no cost to participate, and transportation will be available to and from the 2nd session each day, for those who require it.
Students will participate in two sessions per week, each one hour long. Sessions will be either Monday & Wednesday or Tuesday & Thursday. Start times will be 4:15pm and 5:30pm. Participants will be assigned to pods of no more than 6 students who will condition together. Pod assignment will be made based on the individual’s sports preferences (which students will indicate in Final Forms during Sports Conditioning registration).
- Sign-ups will need to be completed by Thursday, January 7 to participate in the first week sessions starting Monday, January 11th. Students registering after January 7th will begin workouts on Monday, January 18.
- Students-athletes must be symptom-free and fever-free in order to participate.
- Students and coaches will be required to wear masks throughout their time on campus - before, during, and after workouts.
- In order to reduce the risk of exposure, sessions will be open to participants only.
