The goal of the Lake Washington High School Community is to support victims of Harassment, Intimidation, Bullying and Sexual Assault by providing a safe place to report and receive related resources. Anonymous Reporting

When reporting anonymously, please consider the following:
  • The report may be treated as informational only if an investigation in unable to be completed with the information provided.
  • Depending on the information provided, an investigation may or may not occur.
  • Depending on the hotline that you choose to report to, resources may or may not be provided to you.

  • Report can be for any safety concern that includes, but is not limited to harassment, bullying, sexual assault or rape
    • Please provide as much detail as possible: first and last name of perpetrator, timeline, location, the school you attend to ensure report is sent to appropriate investigatory team and possible witnesses.
LifeLine:

  • Lifeline Chat is a service of the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline, connecting individuals with counselors for emotional support and other services.
  • LWHS will not be notified of report.

Non-Anonymous Reporting

When reporting non-anonymously, please consider the following:
  • A LWHS counselor or administrator will contact you regarding your experience.
  • You have the option to report confidentially or non-confidentially.
  • Depending on the information provided, an investigation may or may not occur.
  • Depending on the information provided, an investigation may be mandatory according to the law.
LWHS Safety Reporting Form:
  • LWHS counselor or administrator will be notified of report and will reach out to you. This may include a request for more information, what result you would like from the report and/or to inform you what the next steps are in the reporting process. Because each story is unique, each result and response can also be unique.

  • May include but are not limited to mental health referral, social emotional supports, safety plan, and academic services
