Good Afternoon Kang Families,

On September 30th, you should have received emails from your students’ teachers with a link to their Welcome Pages on OneNote.  There, you will find a video introducing you to their class.  If you do not receive a video from a teacher on your student’s schedule, please reach out to that teacher.  Thank you for your continued support and patience this year.

We would also like to share some videos of our own. 

While our students are learning to navigate Microsoft Teams, families can also learn what their students are experiencing and how to get grade updates.

LWHS Remote Learning Tech Support:  
  1. Please fill out this form if you are having issues with your laptop. Depending on the problem, we may be able to troubleshoot for a fix quickly or submit a HelpDesk ticket for you.
  2. The LWHS Virtual Library Teams page (accessible by students only) has a bank of files that address many common tech issues. You may find your solution there.
  3. Students who have registered their password, have the ability to reset it on their own and will never be locked out. Here's the link to access Password Recovery.
  4. Has your student received their email receipt for tech devices (e.g. computer/cord) issued in September 2020? If not, have them fill out this form, students can only fill it out once and the receipt is sent to their email.

LWSD Tech Support
The LWSD Technology Operations department is now providing Family Technology Access support 7 days a week from 7am to 7pm. Direct Helpdesk support is available by phone and email through this service.
