- If you need to come in for some extra TLC (one on one tech help or a computer swap) get on our appointment books by filling out this form. We will contact you within 72 hours but usually within 24 business hours.

Please fill out this form if you are having issues with your laptop. Depending on the problem, we may be able to troubleshoot for a fix quickly or submit a HelpDesk ticket for you.
The LWHS Virtual Library Teams page (accessible by students only) has a bank of files that address many common tech issues. You may find your solution there.
Has your student received their email receipt for tech devices (e.g. computer/cord) issued in September 2020? If not, have them fill out this form, students can only fill it out once and the receipt is sent to their email.
